Coronavirus...coming out progress?
Slow connection as a snail
Another week. Staying indoors except for ventures to the stores for food and long walks for exercise. Rain and gray clouds continue to dampen my enthusiasm. Laundry, even a bit of ironing and online shopping provide highlights for the days. Sanity is delivered via my Girl Scout ZOOM meetings and those with friends and family weekly a well. Husband continues to cook well, making me fat, but at this point I really don't care until I can get exercising again with my trainer who ever so pleasantly forces me to move.
I finished the first rewrite of my novel. Version 2.0 is out for beta reading and copyediting. While that work is underway, I am touching up my old blogs. Eventually all four blogs and information about my this first book (paperback and Kindle) will be accessible on a new website. I'm hiring a young colleague to help with social media (yes, I will be stepping out beyond Facebook) in the fall. I'll also be publishing a writing blog/newsletter. The publication date is a moving target, most likely sometime in late summer. There will be a publication ZOOM party and the like, so stay tuned.
Today is a bit historic. Northern Virginia announced a Phase I opening. I just booked next week to start training again outside. Such coming out news!
The question for me continues to be about testing. I don't want to be sick to get tested.
